This is a super easy, super fun craft for children of any age. Grab 2 toilet paper rolls. Cover them with decorative paper and cut one rectangle that is 12 inches wide by 4 inches high.
Take the two covered rolls and glue them to either end of the rectangle paper.
Glue the entire rectangle paper with a glue stick. Slowly roll the two paper tubes inward.
Once they meet glule the middle of the two rolls together.
Staple a ribbon to the inside of the two tubes.

And there you have it! Toilet paper roll bincoulars!!!

Cool idea :) You know what would be great for this.... the tube from a package of foil. Those tubes are super sturdy!!
